Spring Valley Country Club is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in East Sparta, Ohio.

The course first opened for play in 1965 as a 9-hole course. The initial 9-holes were built by Don Adler.

In 1992 Donald Sweitzer purchased the property. He began to expand and reconfigure the layout of the original nine holes and added a new nine. Renovation became complete in the fall of 1994 and play started on the back nine in spring 1995.

Spring Valley Golf Course measures 6,192 yards from the tips, plays to a par-71, and has a slope rating of 119 and a 71.8 USGA rating.
